What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following brands of major credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Invoice terms are available to enterprise customers only.
Is tax included in the price?
Yes, where applicable, tax (VAT) is included in the price shown. Tax is also included in the transaction fee quoted. If you need a VAT receipt, please contact us.
When will I be billed?
You can set up your payment method at any time during the trial period, but we won't charge your card until the trial has ended. Your subscription will automatically renew each month or year, depending on what payment option you select when you sign up.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the trial period, your account will be closed at the end of the trial and you will not be charged. If you cancel within a billing cycle, your account will be closed at the end of the billing cycle and you will not be charged any further payments.
Do I need a PayPal or other third-party account?
No. We don't use PayPal. When you make sales, we will wire money directly to your bank account where possible, otherwise we will send you a cheque.
What happens if my payment method fails?
If we can't successfully charge your payment method, we will send you an email notification informing you of the failure. We will attempt to charge your payment method three times, after this your account will be closed.
What if I let my subscription lapse by accident?
We archive your data for 30 days after closing your account. If you login and add a valid payment method in this timeframe, your account will be restored fully. 30 days after your account is closed, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Is my payment information stored securely?
Your payment method is processed and stored by our payment provider, Stripe. Card data is never transmitted to our servers, it is always submitted directly from your browser to Stripe. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available.
